The 2025 Lodi Cinsault from the organically farmed Sprague Vineyard is a light, yet plush red wine with a ton of character. This is a new-to-me vineyard and I’m excited to offer the first bottling of this fun little gem. Fermented 100% whole cluster with native yeast, basket pressed and then aged for 11 months in neutral oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered.
