This year marks the third release of Magnum Project and I’m pretty excited about this one. NV means “non-vintage” and is used when the blend consists of enough wine from multiple vintages to disclude it from being labeled a vintage year of wine. This bottling has roughly 50% of Bailey Amador Syrah from the 2023 vintage blended with various reds from the 24’ vintage. It was aged an extra 10 months in a 30 gallon barrel and then hand bottled, corked, labled and waxed. This is a fun wine, meant to be affordable and accessible to all who want to bring a magnum to the function! After all, magnums show you care. Age it if you want, but I suggest drinking it sooner than later. Because, well, you deserve it.
All wine was fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral oak barrels.
